Indecisive
Welcome Health Addicts! So it looks like I am never gonna start posting. There seems to be a plethora of juicy nutrition information floating around the web and far worse in my own very chaotic brain ;)
Lets start with a pic from collegepaleo.com. Make it simple. It is by far more expressive than any of my words at the moment.
These creative minds are on the right track. It is nothing more than an invite to challenge mainstream perceptions of appropriate behavior! I want to make a call to Adopt a primal behavior in your routine today!
Yall there ARE no physiological benefits to SITTING on your behind staring at a monitor all day. Don't get me wrong I am all for bathing, shaving, wireless Internet ( Who would live without it!!!) and such, but I don't see why we can't make our modern lifestyles more akin to our bodies physiology.
Re-discover knowledge! This the BOD. Ask and you shall receive ;)
